Originally the staff quarters, The Flat is now a self-contained living and sleeping area on the second floor of Upper Helmsley Hall. With three bedrooms accommodating up to four occupants, the Flat is ideal for guests who prefer their own space while staying with a larger party.

The hallway leads to a modest kitchen and dining area with essentials such as a fridge and toaster. The view from the window overlooks the beautiful Stable Clock. Further along, you'll find a large double bedroom featuring stunning Japanese furniture and a peaceful sitting room with sofas and a TV for relaxation. Look out for the original dolls' house the owner played with as a child.
The sitting room leads to a charming, tucked-away single bedroom with an old-fashioned school desk. Also on the second floor is the seventh, more modern bathroom, plus an extra single bedroom.
